Shred away pounds and challenge your fitness level with this high intensity cardio circuit class that includes both functional training and plyometrics. We crank up the music and combine traditional and non-traditional resistance exercises that are expertly selected and set at a pace designed to build lean muscle and burn fat. Tuition includes full evaluation and the individually tailored nutrition plan that's allowed our clients taking this class to lose a combined total of over 1500 pounds!
Class meets at 6pm every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Tuition is 150 per month
